Each of our clients has access to their choice of server zone, each zone is dedicated to that particular region. What this means for our clients is each server in a particular zone will be assigned that time zone to avoid confusion as to when scheduled maintenance occurs.
The current server zones that we have available are as follows.
- North America
North America-zone servers are located in Omaha, NE and have server and maintenance time based on US Central Time (UTC -06:00).
- Europe
Europe-zone servers are located in Manchester, England and have server and maintenance time based on Greenwich Mean Time (UTC +00:00).
- Australia
Australia-zone Servers are located in Omaha, NE and have server and maintenance time based on Australian Eastern Time (UTC +10:00).
