Control Panel is not available from inside an intranet

ISSUE:

You are not able to log into the control panel from inside your network or you are not able to log into the control panel and you are behind a proxy server.

CAUSE:

Your network administrator is blocking HTTPS on port number 8443.

RESOLUTION

You need to contact your network administrator and have him allow web browsing on port #8443 (HTTPS).
