FTP client unable to upload files to the FTP server.

Permissions were lost.

1.  Go into Gene 6 and delete the Username having the problems.

2.  Re-add the username having the problems, make sure to set the correct directory and give all appropriate permissions.

3.  Go into Plesk>Setup and assign a new password without changing the Username.

Now you should be able to upload files.
