1)  Log into the control panel and Click Help




2)  Select the Trouble Tickets link




3)  Click the New Ticket button.




4)  Type in a detailed description of your problem including key information like domain names, and DNN HOST passwords




5)  When we have responded, theticket will show up in the list.  Click it.




6)  It will show you the reponse of the ticket.
