You want to use Microsoft Frontpage to remotely manage files in your  PowerDNN installation.

Open up FrontPage and select Open Site





Now FTP to your domain name.





You will now be asked to log in with your FTP username and password

It will ask you for your FTP username and password again.





Make sure FTP is selected as the transfer method.





Add the site to the current web sites.





Finish the Wizard





You'll now have a remote view for frontpage.
