When you go to your DotNetNuke website, the View and Edit options are displayed, even when you are not logged in.

Either the page or a module on the page has the permissions set incorrectly.  Most likely, the page or module has "All Users" selected to have Edit permissions.

1)  Log into your DotNetNuke Site as admin or Host

2)  Go to the page that is causing problems.

3)  Go to Page Settings and make sure that "All Users" do not have edit permissions.

4)  For each module on the page, go to the module's settings and make sure that "All Users" do not have edit permissions.
