1)  After logging into the site as an administrative user, select Admin > User Accounts.



2)  Then find the user.  You can usually do this by clicking "All".



3)  Now edit the user.



4)  Click on Manage Password.



5)  Type in the new password, confirm it, and then click "Change Password".
